These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and gvbet ("gvbet", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gvbet website and all associated services, including the casino, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, and payment facilities available at https://gvbet.pro.
By creating a gvbet account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have reached the minimum age requirement of 21 years, that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and that the use of online gaming services is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the gvbet platform.

1. Eligibility
👤Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on gvbet. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. gvbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits will be returned less any withdrawal processing fees that may have been incurred.
📍Geographic Eligibility
gvbet services are intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing gvbet is lawful in your jurisdiction. gvbet makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside Bangladesh. If you access gvbet from outside Bangladesh, you do so on your own initiative and at your own legal risk.
👥One Account Per User
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active gvbet account. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and reversal of all bonus winnings. Households and shared devices are each limited to one active account.
2. Account Registration
To use gvbet services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during sign-up. You agree to keep your registration details updated at all times.

You must provide your real name, a valid and accessible mobile number, and a date of birth that truthfully reflects your actual age. Providing false information during registration — including using another person's identity, a fictitious name, or an incorrect date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds. gvbet reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage.
🔑Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gvbet login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. gvbet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
🪪KYC Verification
gvbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You may be required to submit identity verification documents including a national ID, passport, or other government-issued photo ID, and proof of ownership of the payment methods used on your account (e.g. confirmation that the bKash or Nagad wallet used belongs to you). Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension until verification is complete.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
gvbet supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are processed instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment network. Withdrawal times vary by method.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a deposit is made from a payment account owned by another person — are strictly prohibited and will trigger a KYC review. gvbet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment instrument. Deposits made during active bonus periods may be subject to the wagering requirements attached to that bonus.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. gvbet targets withdrawal processing within 15 to 30 minutes during active operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted outside active hours will be processed when operations resume. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. gvbet reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
🚫Prohibited Transactions
The following transactions are strictly prohibited on gvbet: deposits or withdrawals from accounts not registered in the player's name; chargebacks or payment disputes raised with a payment provider for completed deposits that have been credited; deposits made for any purpose other than genuine participation in the games and betting markets available on gvbet; any transaction that gvbet reasonably suspects is connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
gvbet offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered.
📋Bonus Eligibility
To be eligible for any bonus, your account must be fully registered, verified, and in good standing. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts. gvbet reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any account for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
🔄Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded by gvbet are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering requirement applicable to each specific bonus will be stated in the bonus terms at the time of the offer. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated for that bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
Bonus Abuse: gvbet monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, including patterns consistent with matched betting, arbitrage betting, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated activity between multiple accounts. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus winnings voided and may be subject to permanent suspension. gvbet's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
gvbet is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
🤖Automated Play and Software Exploitation
The use of bots, automated betting software, scripting tools, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other software designed to give an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited. gvbet employs technical systems to detect automated play. Any account found using automated tools will be permanently suspended and all associated funds will be voided.
💰Money Laundering
gvbet strictly prohibits the use of its platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime. All accounts and transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. gvbet cooperates with relevant authorities and will report any activity that is reasonably suspected to constitute money laundering or financial fraud. Any account linked to suspected money laundering will be suspended immediately, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
🔗Collusion and Chip Dumping
Collusion between players at live tables, chip dumping in poker or live games, and any form of coordinated play designed to exploit the platform's game mechanics or circumvent the house edge is prohibited. gvbet monitors all live game sessions for patterns consistent with collusion or chip dumping. Accounts found engaging in such activity will be permanently banned.
6. Account Suspension and Closure
gvbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, or that the account holder has provided false registration information, or that the account is being used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 5, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to gvbet or to other players on the platform.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting gvbet support via the official email address listed on this website. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard KYC checks. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure unless all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
Suspended Account Funds: Where an account is suspended due to suspected breach of these Terms, all funds in that account will be frozen pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, bonus winnings will be voided and real-money deposits may be returned at gvbet's discretion after deducting any costs incurred as a result of the breach. gvbet is not liable for any loss of access or funds arising from a justified account suspension.
7. Responsible Gaming
gvbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. gvbet provides account-level tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their activity. These tools are accessible through your account settings. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that online betting and casino gaming involve real financial risk, that outcomes are determined by certified random processes and cannot be predicted or controlled, and that gvbet is a form of entertainment and not a reliable source of income.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gvbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or delays caused by technical failures, third-party payment network outages, or circumstances beyond gvbet's reasonable control.
gvbet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and factors outside gvbet's control may cause temporary unavailability. gvbet will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability. Any bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided due to technical errors will be refunded at the original stake.
9. Amendments to These Terms
gvbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gvbet will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. Where practical, gvbet may also notify registered players of significant changes via their registered contact details. However, it is each player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the gvbet platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using gvbet and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 6. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute is the version that will apply to that dispute.
